We will accompany you to see the property(ies) of your choice, at a time that suits you. Properties can go under offer within hours of coming on to the market, so it’s important to bring with you any joint buyers or decision-makers that may need to see the property with you.
Once you’ve found the house or flat that fits the bill, you can then make an offer to the vendor, through the estate agent handling the sale.
Once your offer has been accepted, you’ll need to instruct a solicitor and get a mortgage offer in place. Your M&M Property representative will then guide you through the buying process until you exchange contracts and completion takes place.
